I’m Lutaaya Jamil, I run an NGO in the Village of Kalagala, Uganda for abandoned and orphaned children. I feed, shelter and provide for these 30 children, and they call me, ‘Dad’. But, I’m not a good dad! Because no mater how hard I try, I can’t feed my children regular meals or send them to school.
I want to be a good dad……I want to feed provide these children nutricious meals, clean water, warm clothes, and school. Can you help me to give these children a better life? I would be grateful, if you will bless us.

I was born in the village of Kalagala , Uganda. After I lost my parents, I struggled, homeless and hungry to make ends meet.
I always thought god had a plan for me and when I saw the kids crying near the dumpsters, I wanted to help them. I had seen and survived that life…..Living as an orphan in Uganda is not easy.
So I decided to raise the abandoned, sick and orphaned children in my village.
I’m a single dad to 30 children. My only mission is to make sure my children don’t sleep hungry and grow up with education so that they can work and live better lives.
It is difficult….. as I don’t know have the income to feed and provide for these children. But, I’m their only hope….
